Al Roker’s 2017 is off to an amazing start.
The jolliest weather forecaster on morning television cohosted NBC’s coverage of the 2017 Rose Parade on Monday and didn’t hold back when a surfing dog float rolled by.

The internet matched Roker’s enthusiasm, viewing the surfing dogs as a sign of hope for 2017.
